2.2 Do I need an account to watch plays on TheHouseSeat?

Yes, you need to create an account first to access free content and subscriptions.

2.3 Is there a fee to sign up for TheHouseSeat?

TheHouseSeat offers 3 membership packages:

  • Free Membership: No payment required. You can watch any play using the "Rental" method.
  • Monthly Membership: Unlimited access to all content for one month at a single price. Automatically renewed each month unless cancelled.
  • Annual Membership: Unlimited access to all content for 12 months at a single price. Automatically renewed each year unless cancelled.

2.4 Can I watch on multiple devices with the same membership?

No, TheHouseSeat does not allow simultaneous viewing on multiple devices with the same account. One membership allows one screen at a time.

2.5 How long can I watch a rented play?

You can watch a rented play as many times as you like within 48 hours.

2.6 Do subscription plans renew automatically?

Yes, the monthly plan automatically renews each month unless cancelled, and the annual plan automatically renews each year unless cancelled.

2.7 I logged in from my computer but can't log in from phone or tablet.

When entering your password and email on phone or tablet, pay attention to the automatic capitalization of the first character. If the problem persists, please contact our technical team.

2.9 How do I cancel my subscription?

3.1 Which plays can I watch?

You can watch any play that is not labeled "Coming Soon" and has an active "Rent"/"Watch" button.

3.2 How can I watch free plays?

After registering, go to the detail page of the play you want to watch.

3.3 On which devices can I watch TheHouseSeat?

You can watch from your computer, smartphone, smart TV, or tablet by visiting www.thehouseseat.com or downloading our app.

Select your subscription plan and scroll down. Enter your code in the "Promo Code" field on the payment page and click Apply.

After entering your payment details, the discount/gift will be applied.

If you don't have an account, create one first. Then log in to your account.

On the "My Account" page, enter the promo code in the field under "Campaigns". Then click "Save Code".

In the "My Plays" section of the same page, you can see which plays and for how long they have been assigned to your account.

4. Having Trouble Watching

4.1 I forgot my TheHouseSeat password

  • On the "Sign In" page, click the "Forgot Password" link.

4.2 I couldn't rent a play

  • Make sure the promo code is entered exactly as given.
  • First create a "Free Membership".
  • On the play's detail page, click the "Rent" button.
  • Enter a valid credit card.

4.3 My promo code says it's already used

  • Make sure the promo code is entered exactly as given.
  • Check that the promo code has not already been assigned in "My Plays".
  • Close and reopen your browser.
  • If the issue persists, please contact our support team.

4.4 I encountered an error page

  • First, close the page.
  • If necessary, close and reopen the browser. If the problem continues, please contact our support team.

5. Account Management

5.1 I can't log in to my account

  • First, close the page.

5.2 I have a sound issue
