A family of five women lived in Hilmi Bey Apartment, Flat 3. Fortunately for the young girl of the house, there is an Anatolian young man, the apartment worker Satılmış Efendi, who supports the family in difficult times.

That night, after the award ceremony, where Peri goes to receive a very important theater award, things turn into a nightmare. Because the famous actor Şevki Baltuğ, whose award was taken from Deli Peri, will be on the market and he will make a mess. Şevki is a man who likes to brew, but after accidentally taking a drug he shouldn't be drinking, he will fall, stay there, and come back as a zombie. As a matter of fact, a series of fearful and funny events will occur in Hilmi Bey's apartment.
