Freedom, equality, and democracy—the fundamental principles of our Republic—are also the foundations of artistic expression. In the light of these values, we strive for art to reach every individual. Through theatre, music, dance, and other art forms, we bring together different segments of our society, creating a common language and understanding.

On this special day, we remember with respect and gratitude Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of our Republic, and his comrades-in-arms. We are aware of our responsibility to carry this precious legacy they entrusted to us even further with the power of art.
